Train from Kraljevo to Kruševac in one of the important regional train connections on the south of the Serbia. Kruševac lies on the Kraljevo – Jagodina route. Currently, on the route run only regional trains which ride slowly through Serbian rural landscape. There are two or three pair of trains between the cities.
The connection is served by Russian-made diesel multiple units of Srbija Voz.

Kraljevo – a medium-sized city in situated at the confluence of the Ibar and West Morava rivers. Its territory lies at an important crossroads between central Serbia, the Raška region and the route towards Montenegro and Kosovo. It’s an important railway junction. The city centre is dominated by Trg srpskih ratnika (Square of Serbian Warriors), laid out according to a plan associated with Prince Miloš Obrenović in the 19th century. The National Museum of Kraljevo contains archaeological, historical, ethnological and artistic collections. Kraljevo is an excellent base for visiting Žiča Monastery, Maglič Fortress and Studenica Monastery.

Trstenik – a town in central Serbia situated in the West Morava valley, between Kruševac and Kraljevo. It lies in a fertile valley along the West Morava River. Trstenik is traditionally an important centre of agriculture and fruit growing. The surrounding region is particularly known for grapes, fruit orchards and wine production. Trstenik’s most important historical attraction is Ljubostinja Monastery, located a few kilometres from the town. Ljubostinja was founded around 1388 by Princess Milica, the wife of Prince Lazar. The monastery became closely associated with Princess Milica and the women of the medieval Serbian ruling dynasty. The church is dedicated to the Dormition of the Mother of God and is an outstanding example of the Morava School of Serbian medieval architecture.
Kruševac – a medium-sized city in central Serbia and one of the most important medieval centres of the country. The most important surviving monument is the Church of Lazarica, built in the late 14th century. Lazarica is regarded as one of the finest examples of the Morava architectural school, an important style of medieval Serbian church architecture. The Monument to Prince Lazar is one of the city’s most recognisable landmarks. The National Museum of Kruševac contains archaeological, historical and artistic collections illustrating the history of the region. Kruševac has a strong industrial tradition, particularly in chemical, pharmaceutical and machinery production. The surrounding region is known for fruit growing, especially plums and other orchard crops.
