There are a few operational narrow-gauge railways in Belgium. The list includes also a heritage narrow-gauge trams.
ASVi Museum – ASVi Museum is a tramway museum in Thuin dedicated to history of the rural tram and railway lines network in the Walloon region. The network of the rural lines in Belgium had total length of 5,000 km of lines by the time of the 1935. Almost all of them were closed and dismantled.
ASVi Museum operates heritage trams on two routes:

Heritage tram in Han Sur Lesse – in Han Sur Lesse, there is a complex of caves approximately 14 kilometers long, of which 2 kilometers have been open to visitors for over a hundred years. The caves are often recommended in guidebooks as an interesting tourist attraction.
There is a heritage tram from the center of Han Sur Lesse to the caves. The tram operates daily except on Mondays along a 3.1 km long route. The trams run only from the city to the cave with passengers run back to the city without passengers. Track gauge is 1000 mm. The tram was inaugurated on 1 July 1906. The line was closed in March 2020 due to pandemic and reopened in May 2021.
After arriving at the caves, visitors walk through 3 kilometers of the caves and then exit 500 meters from the town center. The temperature in the caves is a constant 13 degrees Celsius year-round. There are also several interesting attractions in the vicinity for which a combined ticket can be purchased.
Rail Rebecq – Rognon – a 600 mm narrow-gauge railway between the towns of Rebecq and Rognon (about 4 kilometers). Trains runs every Sunday and public holidays from April to September through the Rebecquoise countryside along the Senne and the Vallée des Oiseaux. Diesel and steam hauled trains.

Tramway Touristique de l’Aisne (TTA) – a tourist tram in the town of Érezée. The line is the oldest and longest tramway in the province of Luxembourg, between Érezée and Dochamps. It is a 1,000 mm (3 ft 3+3⁄8 in) gauge line along the Aisne river. The line was extended to Lamormenil in 2015. Total length of the route is approximately 12 km. Trams run seasonally. Track gauge is 1000 mm.

Chemin de Fer de Sprimont – short train rides on a section of the disused railway line Poulseur – Sprimont – Trooz in the vicinity of Damre. Currently, trains are operated upon request for groups of at least 20 people and a train rides are part of a longer train and bus tour around the area.

In addition, Stoomcentre Maldegem runs vintage trains on a narrow-gauge line Maldegem – Donk (1.5 km).
